Chopped.

My hair that is!!! Yes, I absolutely love it. I will have to see if I can attach some before and after pics. I decided to do so after to took me a grueling 20 painful minutes earlier this week to comb out my hair after showering. My simple solution was cheerfully donating 16 inches to Locks of Love! Yes, 16 INCHES! You have no idea how insanely long my hair is. Er... WAS! Now I've got this cute short do that I love more and more! The only other time my hair has been close to this short was in 8th grade when I foolishly decided to go from butt length hair to chin length hair. YIKES! Not such a good idea. This time I really like it though. I got some great layers, and, don't see myself having long hair for a long time!
Today we went shopping, for Boston's birthday, but while out and about I had to do some browsing for myself. I have a never ending WWII battle between myself and pants, more so since child birth. My hips. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. WTF. I mean they are not HUGE, by any means, but for the life of me I cannot find anything, besides yoga pants, that fit or even remotely flatter me. :-( Who the hell wants to spend the rest of their life living in yoga pants? Don't get me wrong, they are comfy as all hell, but come on. Yoga pants?! I need to find something. Just one pair that makes me feel drop dead SEXY! Hahaha!
I think I have decided that it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to befriend co-workers. In the three years of working at the facility I work at I have made 2 people that I'd call a true friend and, without a doubt, know would do so in return. Anyhow, I work with this young naive aide named Steffanie. This girl goes above and beyond for anyone. I could ask her to do my whole day's work and she'd probably say yes (she doesn't know how or when to say no), she will practically do anything for anyone, and I work with plenty of people who love taking advantage of that; it's rather irritating. A lot of my co-workers enjoying talking about Steffanie, some of the meanest things one could say about one in her situation; I really just don't get it. Yet when she is around they are nothing but nice to her; it makes me sick. Well, time after time I have stuck up for this girl; to co-workers, administration, even the residents. Unfortunately while using the bathrooms one day last week, I could have fallen off the throne, I hear this naive girl actually talking about me. YES ME! Of all the people to say shit about, my god, the one person in the whole building that actually defends you. I am so disappointed.
Ah, I just saw this update from Michael Buckley (What the Buck) on myspace so I had to check the video out. I love this guys skits, and vlogs, this cracked me up! Hahaha! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCyiFkEArNk.
I think breastfeeding is slowing ceasing. I must say I am really happy, yet really sad. Erik is almost 15 months old, it's obviously not going to go on forever. I won't be one of those moms with a 5 year old latched on. No way! Hah, seriously though, after this box of drop-ins are gone it's bye bye bottle. I can't complain, the only time Erik gets bottles is when I am at work, I thin he usually drinks 1-3, it depends. I really don't know, that is Skot's area of expertise.
