201

24 February 2013

I never even realized that my last post was my 200th post.

I have a few projects this week. I need to Mollie proof our entertainment area. Our living room is quite nice in dimensions actually and Mollie and Erik have a great place space in which we have corralled with the help of two baby gates. However, Mollie just proved to mommy and daddy that she can scale the gate.

Planning a BJ's trip needs to happen. They have some super awesome coupons in their little book that they send out. Plus I've been clipping coupons again and I've got some good ones waiting to be used. I can't wait to see what we save this month. With a little one on the way I think I'm already going to get a case of diapers as there is a great BJ's coupon for that but they don't carry Mollie's size.

Today Erik and I will probably get to starting some more seeds. I already have 10 of my snap peas sprouting. I'm so excited.

Expecting!

22 February 2013

My fiance Rich and I are expecting! We found out this great news on 2/20 3 days shy of being 3 years later from when we found out we were expecting Mollie. I am thinking I'm due in early October possibly. I'm simply basing this guesstimate on the fact that Mollie was born on 10/19 and was 1 day shy of being 40 weeks.

Thankfully I don't think I will be faced with another failed induction either. Still got some nerves around the issue though because my last and only c-section was pretty scary.

6 days ago I started some seeds. I started 4 rows of snap peas, 12 brandywine tomatoes, and 12 better boy hybrid tomatoes. I used an empty case of gatorade (the cardboard flat), some tin foil for lining, and  egg cartons. Ironically 4 cartons fit perfectly lengthwise in the empty gatorade case. I was pretty happy with my finished product.

Today I peeked in on them and I have sprouts. Only the peas though. Still, I was so excited to see little green, crisp, fresh sprouts! It reminds me that spring is on it's way. We will probably start some more seeds this coming weekend. Since it's supposed to dump a load of snow on us and all!

Thank you for stopping by my blog! Leave some love below.
