6 Month Check Up.

Erik had his 6 month check up and shots today. I cannot believe it has been that long already; he is half a year old!!

Poor little guy had to get shots today. I felt so bad, he got his flu shot too. Ug, that cry is just heart breaking. Now he has to go back next month and get his second one.

He now weights 19 pounds 2 ounces and is 30 1/2 inches tall!!!!!!! He's off the charts. I cannot believe how tall he is! I swear he is going to be towering over Skot and I by the time he is 15! Though all I really desire is a happy and healthy baby.

Erik is doing more and more with each passing day. Its just amazing; I am so proud of him. He is sitting up, a lot. He has been for awhile, with some support, but the other day we took him to Sears to get his pictures done for Christmas and he say up for all of his photos by himself. NO SUPPORT from us. I was so proud of him.

He still doesn't crawl forward. He scoots backwards and it is the cutest thing ever. In time... I am sure he will, or I will be doomed by my grandmothers wishes; "that boy is just gonna get up and start running one of these days!"

Teeth. None yet, but soon enough! Erik has been teething for months now, seriously. It is starting to get more and more intense, at times, but doesn't phase him too much. He has two little bumps on his upper gums so those are the ones I am thinking we will, well, HE will be getting first.

Thats all the news here.
